Refund policy

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size or color selection, or ordering the wrong product. Please review the product description and size chart carefully before placing your order.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@whiskersanddragons.com.

Please include:

  • your order number;
  • a description of the issue;
  • clear photos showing the product and the problem.

Once we review your request, we may offer a free replacement or a refund. You do not need to return the item unless we specifically ask you to do so.

Please do not send products to our registered business address or to the address shown on the package.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • incorrect size or color selection;
  • change of mind or buyer’s remorse;
  • products ordered by mistake;
  • personalized or custom-made products, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect;
  • gift cards.

Sale items remain eligible for replacement or refund if they arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for size, color, or personal preference.

If your item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us and we will review whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
