This website and online store are operated by Ksenoria OÜ, trading as Whiskers & Dragons. Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Ksenoria OÜ.
Whiskers & Dragons provides this website, including its information, content, features, products and related services, to offer customers a curated online shopping experience. Our store is powered by Shopify.
These Terms of Service describe your rights and responsibilities when you access our website, use our services or purchase our products.
By visiting, interacting with or using our website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use our website or services.
Section 1 — Access and Account

We make reasonable efforts to display our products accurately. However, colours and product appearance may vary depending on your screen, device settings, fabric, printing method and manufacturing process.
Most of our products are made to order after an order is placed. Minor differences in print placement, colour or appearance that are normal for the applicable production process are not considered defects.
Product descriptions, prices, colours, sizes and availability may change without notice. We may discontinue products or limit the availability of products in certain locations.
Please review the product description and size chart carefully before placing an order.
Section 3 — Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including:
- unavailable products;
- payment failure;
- suspected fraud;
- incorrect or unsupported shipping information;
- pricing or product information errors;
- inability to produce or deliver the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because our products are made to order, we may be unable to change or cancel an order after it has entered production.
Returns, replacements and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
Section 4 — Prices and Billing
Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout when your order is placed.
Unless stated otherwise, product prices do not include shipping charges, applicable taxes, customs duties or import fees.
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
For Canadian orders, customs duties, import taxes or carrier fees may apply where an order crosses an international border. Unless collected at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery
We currently accept orders for delivery to eligible addresses in the United States and Canada.
Production and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
Orders may be delayed because of production capacity, carrier disruptions, customs processing, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Products from the same order may be manufactured at different facilities and delivered in separate packages.

Section 6 — Intellectual Property
All content available through our website, including artwork, designs, illustrations, text, photographs, graphics, logos, product names and website layout, is owned by or licensed to Ksenoria OÜ and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use our website only for personal and non-commercial purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, manufacture from, download for commercial use or otherwise exploit our designs or website content without our prior written permission.
Purchasing a physical product does not transfer ownership of the artwork or any associated intellectual property rights.

Our website may contain links to or functionality provided by third parties, including payment providers, shipping carriers, social media platforms and other service providers.
We are not responsible for third-party websites, content, availability, terms or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and policies.
Section 8 — Relationship with Shopify
Whiskers & Dragons is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our online store and services.
However, purchases made through our store are made directly from Ksenoria OÜ, trading as Whiskers & Dragons.
Shopify is not the seller of our products and is not responsible for the production, quality, shipping, delivery, return or refund of products purchased from us.
Section 9 — Privacy
Personal information collected through our services is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Because our store is hosted by Shopify, certain personal information is also processed by Shopify and by service providers involved in payment processing, order production, fulfillment and delivery.
Section 10 — Reviews and Feedback
If you submit reviews, photographs, comments, ideas or other feedback, you confirm that you have the right to provide that content and that it does not violate applicable law or another person’s rights.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free right to use, reproduce and display submitted feedback for operating, improving and promoting our business.
You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you submit.
We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, offensive or infringes another person’s rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ksenoria OÜ and its directors, employees, contractors and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law.
Section 16 — Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate Ksenoria OÜ for reasonable losses or claims caused by your unlawful use of the services, your intentional violation of these Terms or your infringement of another person’s rights.
This section does not apply to losses caused by our own breach, negligence or unlawful conduct.
Section 17 — Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
Section 18 — Waiver and Entire Agreement
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.
These Terms and the policies referenced in them constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the services and purchase of our products.

These Terms and any separate agreements through which we provide services are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
This choice of law does not remove any mandatory consumer rights that apply under the laws of the customer’s state or province of residence and cannot legally be waived.
